What acrylic thickness do you recommend for standard frame sizes?

Here are the most popular sizes for frames:

  • 8x10 frame
  • 11x17 frame
  • 18x24 frame

To ensure the best results for your acrylic photo frame, take a look at our design measurements for ACRYLITE® acrylic picture frames:

  • For every 12" of the frame length, it should allow for at least 1/16" of clearance
  • For every 12" of frame length, it should allow 1/4” of engagement
