Shipping charges depend on total weight and overall dimensions. Charges will be indicated separately, before you submit your order. For shipments into Canada, the buyer will be the Importer on Record and orders will be delivered duty paid (DDP) unless otherwise noted. Any additional shipping and/or delivery fees associated with the order will be charged to your order. These can include address changes, lift gates and delivery reattempts etc.
Package (Parcel) Service
Acrylite.co offers Ground, Second Day Air and Next Day Air service for products shipping in smaller packages. Smaller packages are determined by combined length and girth (see below).
Combined Length and Girth
The maximum packaging size for shipping is restricted to 150” or 3,810 mm (1 x length + 2 x width + 2 x thickness of the package inclusive of packaging). The dimensions of sheets that can be ordered are restricted to a maximum length of usually 96” or 2,438 mm and a maximum width determined by the combined length and thickness.
LTL Freight Service
Commercial shipments deliver to front door and dock areas only. Residential shipments deliver to drive way and sidewalks only. Please contact us with any other delivery requirements. You will be responsible for fees resulting from special arrangements and requests made directly with FedEx. Please be aware that LTL Freight orders require a dock and/or lift gate. Collect Shipments (Use My Own Account)
Terms and Conditions apply. Items may take 7 or more business days to ship. Some exceptions may apply. Depending on the order, your shipment may come from our Sanford, ME location and/or our Kalamazoo, MI location. Please note, when selecting the collect shipment option to use your own shipping carrier, orders may incur a second shipping charge if they are shipped from both locations. Typos, missing and /or incorrect information (i.e. courier name, account number, and delivery method) may result in processing and/or shipment delays. Orders will ship only after a valid FedEx or UPS account number is provided.
If a valid courier account is not provided, an additional transaction must be made to cover the shipping charges. In the event that a valid account is not provided and a separate payment for the shipping costs cannot be made, the order cannot be cancelled (See Terms and Conditions). No refunds will be made for the cost of the material.
All express and priority shipment methods apply after your order has been processed in our facility. Full size sheet orders and some larger cut-to-size orders will require a FedEx or UPS Freight account number. These can be identified during the shipment method selection as the Freight Shipment and Pay Via your Own Account will be the only delivery options. Only a FedEx FREIGHT or UPS FREIGHT account number will be accepted.
Any additional shipping and/or delivery fees associated with the order will be charged to the account number provided. These can include duties, taxes and brokerage fees for international shipments. Collect shipment Freight orders incur a $75.00 package and handling fee.

When shipping using the “My Own Account Method” you assume all responsibility for the shipment as you are the owner of the goods in transit. Damages and/or loss of material in transit must be filed by the customer.

Depending on the quantity ordered, polished pieces as well as rods and tubes may take an additional five days for processing. Other exceptions may apply. Cutting & Packaging Charges
Prices quoted in the Shop are per square foot exclusive of any taxes, where applicable; there is an additional cutting and packaging surcharge between $5.00 - $10.00 per cut-to-size piece. Certain products are available for purchase with polished edges. Additional charges apply. The purchase of polished pieces may add one to five additional processing days depending on the size of the order.
All cut-to-size products purchased are made exclusively for your order according to the measurements and other specifications requested. Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled as these products have been tailored to your specific requirements. No returns will be accepted as all sales are final. Please review our Terms and Conditions.
Product & Color Variance
Please note the actual product(s) may deviate from the illustrations in color and impression. Computer monitors produce varying accuracy in rendition of shades. Color perception is affected by surface characteristics or treatment and lighting conditions.
Cutting & Processing
Cut products are supplied with unpolished, rough-sawed edges and with a cutting tolerance of +/- .060” of the order format. Please note the actual product(s) may deviate from the illustrations in color and impression.
How To Open Your Custom Package
To open your custom package, lay the cardboard box flat on the floor. Along each edge of the package there is 2.5” wooden border. Carefully, use a utility knife and puncture the wooden border. Cut the cardboard all the way around the package. This will allow you to lift the cardboard up and retrieve the acrylic pieces.
PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL. Unauthorized returns will be shipped back at the customer’s expense. Cleaners, accessories (i.e. applicators, pipettes, tape), Onsrud Router Bits and full size (uncut) sheets may be eligible for return within thirty days of the order date. Authorized returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee and should be shipped back to our facility prepaid by the customer. The above mentioned products CANNOT be returned after 30 days. All authorized returns will be examined at the time of arrival. A credit (less the 20% restocking fee and shipping) for the agreed upon product(s) will be applied only if the material arrives undamaged and unused (untampered seals).
The sale of individual sample(s), sample kit(s) and Close Out items are final.
