ACRYLITE® Film for light guide panels is an optical-grade PMMA film engineered for high luminous efficacy and excellent light transmission in light guide panel (LGP) applications. Features & benefits
ACRYLITE® Film 0F058 is an optical-grade PMMA film engineered for light guide panel (LGP) and backlight unit (BLU) applications requiring high luminous efficacy and long-term optical stability. With up to 92% light transmission—exceeding glass—and very low haze, the film enables efficient light guidance over long distances while maintaining brightness and uniformity.
High optical purity and color neutrality ensure efficient LED light use without yellowing or color shift over time. Supplied in rolls for efficient roll-to-roll processing, the film supports nano- and micro-structuring through embossing, printing, laser engraving, or UV-curable lacquer processes. Compared to standard transparent films, ACRYLITE® Film 0F058 offers improved scratch resistance and higher stiffness at the same thickness, supporting thinner, lighter, and more energy-efficient display designs.
