Differences between ACRYLITE® sheet surface textures

ACRYLITE® Gallery non glare (P99) – has a light matte surface finish on one-side of the sheet; commonly known as P99 in the acrylic industry. This product is typically used in the framing industry. There is no significant difference in the clarity of the text regardless of sheet thickness.  

ACRYLITE® POP Touch – has a frosted matte surface finish on one-side of the sheet that is a bit more aggressive than non-glare matte. Commonly known as P12 in the acrylic industry. This product is designed for POP retail display and is ADA compliant.

ACRYLITE® Satinice velvet texture - has a soft matte finish on one or two sides of a sheet. This is a surface texture only, edges of the sheet remain glossy. This is commonly known as a P95 finish and the texture also applies to our ACRYLITE® Satinice velvet texture cast DP9 products.

ACRYLITE® Satinice crystal surface - has a frosted finish that gives the appearance of etched glass on one or two sides of a sheet This is a surface texture only, edges of the sheet remain glossy.

ACRYLITE® Satinice optimum light diffusion – has a frosted texture throughout the sheet as a result of diffuser beads embedded in the sheet. Material has a frosted edge.

ACRYLITE® Reflections smooth frosted mirror –  the textured surface is the same as our POP Touch product

ACRYLITE® Reflections mirror frosted silver (Platinum Ice) – has a  frosted finish like our crystal surface texture
