Post-Industrial vs. Pre-Consumer

What is Post-Industrial content?

Post-industrial content is an interchangeable term with pre-consumer content. It is any material that’s recycled after the manufacturing process, but before reaching consumers. Pre-consumer or post-industrial recycled content may come from material trimmings, byproducts, or non-quality items produced in the manufacturing process.* Our ACRYLITE® proTerra material is made from up to 95% recycled content.
