Pallets are designed to help organize and move goods. The quality of those pallets are important to prevent product damage and ensure safe conditions for transporters and warehouse operators. Read on to learn about the construction of our quality pallets.

Hand-built pallets

Roehm America has been working with its domestic milling partner and their engineering team for over a decade. Together with our production team, their engineering team ensure that each hand-built pallet can withhold the weight of the product it's supporting. By specifically focusing on the correct fasteners and board placement, we guarantee our pallets support the well-being of our products during transportation and even while in the warehouse.

STRONG AT ITS CORE

The pallets are all made from hemlock wood. Although considered a softwood, Hemlock is much denser than other types, making it ideal for applications needing toughness; it’s strong, stiff, and shock-absorbing.  It is also free of the pitch you’d normally find in most softwoods, an added benefit.

Warehouses hold a lot of material and sometimes that means stacking pallets is unavoidable. Our pallets’ robustness is proven to withstand stacking. Due to the minimal gapping between planks, the structure can withstand additional weight without any stress. This mitigates warpage and makes stacking a non-issue. These stackable pallets also have four-way entry points for ease of handling. Depending on the customers' space constraints, customers can move or store our pallets in either direction (length or width direction).
